Stock 275/65R20 on my truck is 34.1" diameter, and 10.8" width. 295/65R20 is 35.1" diameter x 11.6" wide. That would add 1/2" in height and just over 3/8" on either side of the tire. I can't imagine Ford would have cut rubbing tolerance that close, but I guess stranger things have happened.
